At Opaline, we take great care in crafting and packaging our delicate macarons and confections. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your products, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately with details and photos.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they are already in production.
